Gender equality

MARQUIS TRANSPORTS ET LOGISTIQUE is committed to promoting professional equality between women and men. To this end, a number of measures have been put in place.

On hiring :

Our job offers make no mention of the gender or marital status of the candidate sought, and do not take the candidate’s gender into account as a recruitment criterion. Compensation and career development :

Training, classification, promotion, transfer, leave, disciplinary action or dismissal… none of our decisions take gender into account.

Harassment prevention

We do everything in our power to prevent harassment within our company, in particular by reminding all our employees of the rules and sanctions governing harassment. We are also attentive to any eventuality that may arise in this respect.
