A family business specializing in transport and logistics for over 60 years, Marquis Transports and Logistics has a fleet of more than 50 vehicles and over 14,000 m2 of warehousing space for all areas of activity. Reporting directly to the group’s CEO, you will be responsible for the complete management of the logistics department, comprising a team leader and a team of 4 operators.
Your main tasks:
BUSINESS Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehousing and service provision Responding to calls for tender Drawing up and updating the various pricing conditions Organize meetings with customers and suppliers Expand the customer portfolio by prospecting ECONOMY Achieving objectives in terms of cost, productivity, precision and speed Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements Set up a monthly reporting system QSE Resolving customer problems or complaints Drawing up the HABA, HABT and INFORMATION NOTE Comply with laws, regulations and requirements Ensure the safety and security of the logistics site MANAGEMENT Supervising, managing and training warehouse staff Organising logistics planning Keeping a tidy warehouse Carrying out EIAs
Qualifications :
BAC + 2 in the field of Transport/Logistics
Experience in a similar position
Speaking and written communication skills
Technical skills :
Mastery of logistics information systems (planning, scheduling, etc.) and office automation tools
